Add two more modifications in preparation for the trip.
Progressive 440's for the rear. The stock OEM air shocks were ok at best. Keeping pressure is a hassle and bottoming out happened much to often. Since the new shocks, the ride is very smooth, no bottoming out, and the overall handling is upgraded 10 fold. Should have added sooner.
And a new touring seat. The Harley TallBoy. Moves me back 2 inches and gives more real estate to the lovely Ruth. This is her 'first' on a motorcycle of this type of distance and having comfort is important for so many reasons!
